As of the 1 April, the Government will be removing the entitlement to use red diesel from most sectors. Unfortunately, our sector comes under this reform.
Due to this reform, as of the 1 April 2022, we will be refuelling our plant equipment with white diesel. The cost of refuelling will fluctuate, however, we will make every effort to streamline our fuel charges.
*** PLEASE NOTE***
After the 1 April, all plant equipment that is either on hire or hired out subsequently must be refuelled using white diesel. If a machine is returned refuelled with red diesel, the fuel will be removed and disposed of. Additionally, the tank will then have to be cleaned and refuelled, resulting in an extra charge to the customer.
